Crafted using imported STOLL 7-gauge knitting machines at a slow production pace, each cardigan requires up to 180 minutes of machine knitting. The cable pattern is produced with a 6×6 precise configuration, refined repeatedly to ensure crisp, three-dimensional texture. Buttons are custom-molded after dismantling the original. The signature Polo Pony logo is embroidered with dedicated machines, achieving neat and full stitching.
